The AFG Fire Grants Applications Workshops Are Traveling Now
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through FEMA has made the Assistance to Firefighters Grants program available. It is up to your fire department to apply for the grant money.
This website at www.AFGgrants.com is privately operated to help make this AFG Grants program to become better known to all of the Fire Departments in the country that qualify for this free government money.
Since 2001 Homeland Security has been handing out several millions of dollars to qualifying fire departments and EMS departments. We want to make you aware of the Traveling Fire Grants Applications Workshops that are ongoing throughout the country.
The whole United States is split up into regions and there is a grants application workshop going on near you right now.
There is no need to register to attend these workshops.
Region 1 covers CT, MA, ME, NH, RI & VT.
Region 2 covers NJ, NY, PR, & VI.
Region 3 covers DE, MD, PA, VA, & WV.
Region 4 covers AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, & TN.
Region 5 covers IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, & WI.
Region 6 covers AR, LA, NM, OK, & TX.
Region 7 covers IA, KS, MO, & NE.
Region 8 covers CO, MT, ND, SD, UT, & WY.
Region 9 covers AZ, CA, HI, NV, AS, GU, MP, & MH.
Region 10 covers AK, ID, OR, & WA.

Each workshop is about two hours in length and you will learn all of the details necessary to successfully apply for one of these Fire Grants.
All workshops are conducted free of charge.
